I'm putting it here to continue with the cat theme. It looks to be just a bit of feline hanky, with maybe some panky (is he trying to give her a hickey?), but stay with it, there's a payoff. O that was wonderful! We endured many, many unexpected litters as cat owners, and such incestuous occurrences were common as we laboured to find good or any homes for the products of our unwatchfulness. Watching kittens learn to walk, and, uh, do other things, definitely enhances one's Sense of Life. It was useful also for my husband when it came time for The Talk.
