I don't think that will happen unless she acts like a lunatic during the upcoming debate.

VP Kamalala wants to make inflation one of her top priorities. That makes me worry she will bring back wage and price freezes like the Nixen disaster . . . and a much more socialistic, domestic agenda.

I think someone might have already mentioned this but someone on TV jokingly suggested, that the D in Donald J. Trump stands for Jumanji. Was it on Gutfeld?

"Unless" she acts like a lunatic!

I think that that is a fait accompli and she sure is acting like a lunatic anytime she speaks without her staged messages.

It looks like its all blowing up for her and her idiot running mate.

From The Independent: . . . Harris later responded on social media by saying: “I hear that Donald Trump has finally committed to debating me on September 10. I look forward to it.” . . . While at least one presidential debate is now finally in the diary, nothing is currently slated for the two vice presidential candidates. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has already spoken of his desire to take on Trump’s deputy JD Vance, saying on Tuesday: “I can’t wait to debate the guy... That is, if he’s willing to get off the couch and show up.”

Lollllll!!!!!

Just heard that traffic alerts have been issued blanketing the East coast, it seems possibly crippling traffic conditions are imminent because at any time Harris may appear in public.

Well, here we go by popular demand.

The whole sad sordid story.

1. In July, some goofball posted on X that JD Vance had humped his own couch and talked about it in Hillbilly Elegy. (See here.)

From that article:

Quote

It all started with a tweet about a couch. Within hours of Donald Trump announcing the Ohio senator JD Vance as his running mate in the presidential race, a rather lurid accusation cropped up on social media.

The user of a since-deleted X account wrote last month, “can’t say for sure but he might be the first vp pick to have admitted in a ny times bestseller to fucking an inside-out latex glove shoved between two couch cushions (vance, hillbilly elegy, pp. 179-181).”

The fake page citation from Vance’s bestselling memoir Hillbilly Elegy lent credibility to what turned out to be a baseless claim...

Yeah, the guy made up shit (now deleted) and mentioned a page number so it had to have been true, right? :)

That's what tons of people thought as they repeated the claim, made memes and so on. Even so, this stayed on the fringe until the following happened.

2. Tim Walz made a joke about JD and a couch during a rally. That got everyone talking. (See here.)

From that article:

Quote

During his speech at the Harris-Walz rally at Temple University in Philadelphia on Tuesday, Walz set up the zinger by telling the crowd that JD Vance doesn't represent the midwesterners Walz grew up with.

"JD studied at Yale, had his career funded by Silicon Valley millionaires, and then wrote a bestseller trashing that community," Walz said. "C'mon; that's not what middle America is."

Then came the zinger.

"And I gotta tell ya; I can't wait to debate this guy," Walz continued, before pausing for dramatic effect. "That's if he's willing to get off the couch and show up.

"See what I did there?"

3. So did JD make a fuss about it? Deny it? Anything?

Nope. Instead, the following 1995 newspaper article happened out of nowhere. I'm not sure the guy below is the first one to post this--it's all over everywhere by now:

TRANSCRIPT:

Local Man's Stomach Pumped After "Neighborhood Dare Goes Wrong

Nebraska Man Hospitalized After Unusual Overingestion Incident

August 30, 1995 West Point, NE

In a bizarre and unprecedented medical emergency, Tim Walz, a local resident of West Point, Nebraska, was rushed to West Point General Hospital last night after reportedly overingesting horse semen. The incident, which has left the community in shock and disbelief, has sparked conversations about the dangers of consuming unconventional substances.

Emergency responders were called to Mr. Walz's residence around 11 PM after he began experiencing abdominal pain and distress. According paramedics on the scene, Mr. Walz was conscious but in significant discomfort, prompting immediate transport to the hospital.

Dr. Amanda Thompson, the attending physician at West Point General, confirmed that Mr. Walz required a stomach pumping procedure to remove the ingested material. "This is an extraordinary case," Dr. Thompson remarked. "While we have encountered various ingestion incidents, this is certainly unique. The patient is currently stable and under observation."

Details surrounding the circumstances of the ingestion remain unclear. Friends and family of Mr. Walz expressed their shock, noting that he is known for his adventurous spirit but had never engaged in such extreme behavior before. "Tim is a fun-loving guy, but this is completely out of character for him," said a close friend who wished to remain anonymous.

Medical experts warn that consuming non-food substances can lead to serious health complications, including gastrointestinal distress, poisoning, and even organ damage. "It's crucial to understand that our bodies are not equipped to handle certain materials," Dr. Thompson emphasized. "What might like a harmless or humorous act can quickly turn dangerous."

As the community grapples with this unusual incident, many are left wondering what could have led Mr. Walz to make such a risky decision. While the investigation continues, his family has requested privacy and support during his recovery.

Mr. Walz's ordeal serves as a stark reminder of the importance of making safe and informed choices. Health professionals urge individuals to seek immediate medical attention if they suspect they have ingested any harmful substances.

Stay tuned to West Point Daily News for updates on this developing story.

:)

This is an obvious parody. But lots of people are still believing it and even more asking if it is true. Even big dogs like Mike Davis asked. :)

So nowadays, when you see people say Walz is horsing around and things like that, this is what they mean.

Also, the JD couch story is no longer getting any traction.

:)

At least it's good to see the Trump people playing dirty right back.

Man, have we needed this.

:)

4. But wait!

There's more!

As a cherry on top, check this out.

Adam Kinzinger appears to have homo-erotic pictures on Grindr:

Here's what they look like (I have to show screenshots because the X posts for this topic with pictures do not embed):

And, of course, Laura does her due diligence:

Nothing wrong with being gay, that is, unless you pretend you are not and are being blackmailed with this.

Is that what Adam Kinzinger has been crying about?

:)

MAGA is not messing around this time.

And I love it.

T,

You won't read this in the mainstream right now. The Kamala Harris team is spending big bucks on the media, and not just in ads.

All those stories about Trump being worried and shit, that's all funny-money stuff.

So is the burying of the horse semen story.

:)

But the money will run out and things will be back to normal before long.

:)

Meanwhile, all is fair on X. And OL.

There was a rumor going around that RFK Jr. was going to trade endorsing Kamala Harris for a position on her cabinet.

He not only debunked that:

He blasted the shit out of Harris and spoke in the names of his father and uncle:

That one is well-worth reading.

When RFK Jr. is in objective mode, clarity mode, he's damn good.

Re Rand's influence on the culture, take a look at the way the propaganda wars are being waged for the DNC in Chicago right now.

I submit that without Rand's influence, this would not have happened.

This is not 100% due to Rand's influence, but she has a large chunk of it, especially through Atlas Shrugged.

Notice that when people talk about this framing, it is always Communism versus Capitalism. Not Communism versus Fascism or Nazism as in former times.

Ayn Rand did that.

There are now memes and headlines all over the place like this, which is the first day of the DNC.

(Apropos, I have tried to find a NY Post link to this and can't find one. But people with huge audiences are publishing it.)

An article:

On the eve of the 2024 Democratic National Convention in Chicago, former President Trump is making no bones about how he's envisioning the event, posting an artificial-intelligence image depicting Kamala Harris presiding over a massive communist get-together.

And here is a small sampling of memes that are circulating:

(Not published by Time, but getting lots of publication from people and institutions with large audiences.

There are lots of 'em and the number is increasing by the minute.

Ayn Rand helped.

Well Peter, looks like my prediction of Kamala being replaced is done.

Probably my worse call since I said that Rubio will beat Trump in 2015.

Right now, it looks like RFJ Jr. is going to endorse Trump and will be on Trump's cabinet.

Not final yet, but 98% there.

:)

Hell, at this point, I would love to see him as AG looking into assassinations by the CIA, FBI and the rest. Including the assassinations of his father and uncle.

That would just be the appetizer.

Really cool interview with Trump. Barron (who is a big fan of Theo Von) is the one who pushed for this, but Dana White made it happen.

On YouTube alone, this video already has 3.3 million views, which means the YT people are choking on their morning coffee.

This interview is a bit different than most interviews Trump has done. Theo was completely at ease and the rapport between him and Trump was unbelievable. No fake outrage. No leading gotcha questions. No posturing.

Just two men talking to each other. Theo even called Trump "Donald" at one point. And addiction was a big part of the discussion.

Watch it. If you are like me, you will love it.

RFK Jr. has officially withdrawn from the ballot in Arizona.

The Real Clear Politics, August 23, 2024, “No Toss- Up States” Electoral College vote:

Trump/Vance 287. Harris/Walz 251.

Of course, you only need 270 Electoral College votes to be elected President and VP. And RFK Jr. is backing Donald Trump for President.

RFK Jr. has suspended his campaign and has formally endorsed Trump. He is also going to be on Trump's cabinet. He just announced it.

He gave a long talk on chronic disease in children and this being the fault of both the processed food industry and big pharma.

And he promised to remove their toxic influence on kids and on propaganda in general. So no matter where he ends up, these assholes are now in his sights. As a lawyer, he made a career at beating them in the courts.

He is pushing for peace in Ukraine and believes Trump will resolve it. And he did not talk a lot about the follwoing, but I believe he will work hard on election integrity laws.

He said there are a few things he disagrees strongly with Trump on and Trump has agreed to let him air his positions without interference.

But on the main issues he is concerned about at this moment, after meetings with Trump, he was surprised to learn how much they did agree on.

And as a cherry on top, he made overtures to Kamala Harris to give her a shot at getting his endorsement. She wouldn't even meet with him.

Woo hoo!
