The Great Lou Dobbs has just passed away — A friend, and truly incredible Journalist, Reporter, and Talent. He understood the World, and what was “happening,” better than others. Lou was unique in so many ways, and loved our Country. Our warmest condolences to his wonderful wife, Debi, and family. He will be greatly missed!

 

I am so sorry to hear this.

I used to watch Lou when he had a show on a CNN partner network and he would run them crazy over there. The tone was low key at the time, but I used to pay attention to the effect his show had on CNN people on other shows. Their reaction was often like Mexican jumping beans and I loved it.

Then I watched Lou on his show when he went to Fox. After he left Fox (over the Smartmatic lawsuit settlement), I stopped watching cable news in general. What they did to him is not the only reason I abandoned cable news, but it was one of the big reasons.

Lou Dobbs is one journalist and news opinion anchor I am going to miss.

RIP, Lou Dobbs.

What a great life you lived. You made the world a little better.
